As Director of Projects at SNFLWR, Sidney spearheads all aspects of development management, including pre-construction and project management for residential and commercial projects for the company. Using her background in interior design and project management, she transforms conceptual plans into tangible developments. She oversees each phase with meticulous attention to detail as she plays an integral role in bringing some of the Okanagan’s most prominent developments to life.

Over her career, Sidney Sheppard has worked her way up the corporate ladder at some of the largest development companies in B.C., such as Mission Group and Lorval Developments before beginning her newest chapter at SNFLWR. As a highly respected leader in the industry, She is a strong advocate for equity and continued learning.

‍A Kelowna native, and also an avid traveller, Sidney has explored approximately 30 countries, enriching her global perspective. She enjoys embracing culinary creativity by cooking without recipes, and has a keen interest in classic cars, owning a 1974 Jensen Healey restored by her father. Sidney enjoys the Okanagan's lakes and mountains, feeling fortunate to call it home.
